Dolores began her professional journey in nursing, dedicating 22 years to caring for others. Rome Escabillas — widely known in the community as Kuya Rome — serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Gold Rush Victory. With more than 15 years of combined experience in IT support, systems management, and technology integration, he leads GRV’s entire tech infrastructure and digital growth strategy.
Rome’s background includes working across corporate tech support, startup system development, and business automation. He has served as the system administrator and tech manager for several companies and organizations, overseeing everything from backend architecture to user interface workflows. He specializes in building platforms from scratch, integrating digital payment systems, maintaining secure databases, and managing operational dashboards for scalability.
In addition to his technical expertise, Rome also has strong office management and executive administrative experience, making him a rare leader who bridges both systems and operations. He’s managed internal teams, launched digital programs, trained support staff, and provided solutions that reduce manual labor through tech-driven efficiency.

Lester Hernandez is a seasoned creative and technical leader with decades of experience in media production, live broadcasting, and IT operations. Currently serving as the Director of Photography and IT Supervisor for Touch The World Television Ministries, Lester has played a vital role in delivering inspirational media to a global audience.
His creative career spans back to 1996, when he began directing some of the earliest live television productions of renowned evangelist Eva J. Since then, Lester has built a strong reputation for his precision, calm under pressure, and mastery of visual storytelling. He seamlessly combines artistic vision with technical execution — a rare balance that strengthens Gold Rush Victory’s digital communications and broadcast reach.
As part of the GRV core team, Lester oversees media production quality, visual branding, and technical broadcast solutions, ensuring that every presentation — whether live or digital — reflects excellence, clarity, and purpose. His experience in ministry, media, and tech management makes him an invaluable pillar in both the messaging and mission of Gold Rush Victory.

Dr. John Ayudtud is a Filipino-born leader, strategist, and ordained bishop with decades of experience in theological education, leadership development, and organizational growth. Born and raised in Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines, he migrated to the United States in 1983 and has since been involved in both ministry and business leadership.
He began his theological studies in 1970, continued his education at Philippine Christian University (PCU) in 1978, and further pursued academic advancement at New York University in 2003. While his honorary doctorate in Divinity recognizes his contributions to faith-based leadership, his broader influence lies in mentoring individuals to rise above their circumstances and lead with intention.
At Gold Rush Victory, Dr. John contributes as a strategic advisor and consultant, bringing insights shaped by years of experience in sales, outreach, theology, and motivational mentoring. Jennifer Mantuhac brings a heart of service and a legacy of faith to the leadership of Gold Rush Victory. With years of experience in humanitarian outreach and Christian ministry, she has dedicated her life to comforting others, providing relief, and supporting communities in need — especially during times of crisis.
Jennifer succeeded her late father as pastor of their local church in Caloocan, continuing the family’s mission of spiritual care and community service. Her commitment to people extends beyond the pulpit, playing a vital role in organizing relief drives and spiritual support programs during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
She also developed strong management and organizational skills while serving as the Executive Secretary to the Dean of Gospel College International, where she supported academic and administrative operations in faith-based education.
