Welcome to the Gold Rush Victory Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must provide accurate information when registering.
You agree to promote Gold Rush Victory ethically and legally.
- Promote your affiliate link through honest and compliant methods.
- No spam, false claims, or misleading advertising allowed.
- You may share links via websites, social media, email marketing (with permission), and offline promotion.
Commissions are earned when a user registers and completes payment via your referral link.
Rates and bonuses are based on your chosen affiliate tier (Basic, Pro, Elite).
Commission payments will be released weekly or monthly, depending on system settings.
Gold Rush Victory reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions in case of chargebacks, fraud, or policy violations.
Affiliates must provide accurate banking or wallet information for payouts.
Minimum payout threshold may apply (e.g. $10).
Payout methods may include bank transfer, GCash, PayPal, or crypto depending on your country.
You may not promote your link on adult, illegal, or misleading platforms.
Affiliates cannot pretend to be an official representative of Gold Rush Victory.
Creating multiple accounts to self-refer is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your affiliate account without prior notice if you breach any of these terms.
- Remove commissions obtained through unethical or dishonest means.
You are permitted to use official banners, logos, and content provided by Gold Rush Victory for marketing, but must not modify them or claim ownership.
Gold Rush Victory reserves the right to:
- Modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.
- Update commission rates or policies with notice.
Gold Rush Victory is not liable for damages or lost income arising from affiliate participation, system errors, or downtime.
By joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these terms. Continued participation indicates your acceptance of any updates to this policy.
